How should I burn my candle for the first time?
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire surface of the candle. This usually takes around 2–4 hours depending on the candle size and helps prevent tunnelling.

Why should I trim the wick?
Trimming the wick to around 5mm before each burn helps your candle burn cleanly, prevents smoke and ensures the best fragrance performance.

Why is my candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling occurs when a candle burns down the centre while leaving wax around the edges. This usually happens when the first burn is too short.

How long should I burn my candle?
We recommend burning candles for between 2–4 hours at a time to allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface.

Why is my candle flame too large?
A large flame is usually caused by a wick that is too long. Allow the candle to cool, trim the wick to around 5mm and relight.

How strong are your candle fragrances?
Our candles are designed to provide a noticeable but balanced fragrance that gradually fills the room without being overpowering.

How should I use a room spray?
Simply spray lightly into the air to refresh your space. Avoid spraying directly onto delicate fabrics or surfaces.

How long will the fragrance last in a room?
Fragrance strength can vary depending on room size and ventilation, but candles and room sprays are designed to gently fragrance the space.

Safety & Sensitivities

Are your products suitable for people with asthma?
Our fragrances are made using high-quality fragrance oils, however sensitivities vary. If you have asthma or fragrance sensitivities, we recommend using products in a well-ventilated area.

Are candles safe around pets?
Pets can have a stronger sense of smell than humans. We recommend using candles and home fragrance in well-ventilated spaces and keeping products out of reach of pets.
