Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As all of our candles are handmade with care, we understand that sometimes things don’t go quite right - and we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility
We accept returns if:
1. Your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
2. You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
3. The item arrives damaged and is unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for :
1. Used candles
2. “Change of mind” after the product has been opened or burned.
3. Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

How to Return an Item
1. Contact us first at info@fandlcandles.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We may ask for a photo of the item (especially if damaged).
3. Once approved, we’ll give you the return address.
4. Return the item within 14 days of approval.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.  If approved:
1. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 7 working days.
2. You’ll receive an email confirmation when its done.

Damaged or Faulty Items
Please contact us us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged in transit.  We may offer a replacement, credit or full refund depending on the situation.
