About Us
Fragrance & Light is a UK - based small business creating handmade, eco-conscious candles.

Products
All of our candles are handmade in small batches. This means:
1. Small variations in colour, scent strength or appearance may occur - this is part of their charm.
2. We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible in photos and descriptions.

Orders and Payments
1. Orders can be placed via our website
2. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
3. We accept payments through Stripe
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery
1. We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 working days.
2. Delivery is available within the UK.
3. Postage costs are calculated at check- out.
4. Please allow extra time during busy periods, Bank Holidays or Royal Mail delays.
If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if:
1. The items arrives damaged or faulty.
2. If you contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging.  Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us immediately.  Once shipped, you will need to follow our returns process.

Allergies & Safety
Our candles are made using high-quality fragrance oils and natural wax blends.
1. Always read the CLP label and safety instructions.
2. Burn the candles within sight and keep away from children, pets and flammable items.
If you have a known allergy or sensitivity to certain fragrances, please contact us before purchasing.

We respect your privacy.  Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your data.

Intellectual Property
All images, logos, product names and content on this site belong to Fragrance & Light and may not be used without permission.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to abide by these terms.
